1. Introductory Package
In this “Introductory Package”, we offer foundational training on the origins of Lean methodology. The course features a focused exploration of the Kaizen philosophy. You will then be familiarized with various types of waste and gain a basic understanding of key Lean methods.
This training module lasts approximately 2.5 hours and can be customized to accommodate your existing knowledge and specific requirements.
2. Action Package
In this Action package, we shift from theory to practice. We offer hands-on support for implementing:
- A 5S workplace organization project
- A waste walk
- A value stream mapping
- A process analysis
While other tools are available, these represent the fundamental techniques of Lean methodology.
This training module consists of a brief theoretical component followed by extensive practical exercises. This approach allows your teams to collaboratively progress in problem-solving and process improvement. The duration of this training varies from one to several days depending on the specific topic addressed.

3. Challenge Package
The Challenge Package is designed for companies that already have experience in Lean Management. Novafree can provide you with a maturity assessment or support you in more complex initiatives such as implementing Hoshin Kanri or Obeya.
